This next video is a bit more cerebral but is very informative. It’s worth checking out for less than 10 minutes of your time.

This young lady is a teacher of Tantra who trains others in Tantra. I’m not sure her explanation really speaks to Tantra…. she’s a bit too scattered and all over the place for my liking but you may get more out of it than I did.
