Kate & Spencer - #TinyStory {1}

I’ve begun to create #TinyStories because it seems to be a thing on social media for writers.

I think it’s a great idea. I often find it dull to post on social media.

Yet, with a #tinystory I get to use my creativity and perhaps intrigue and entertain a few people along the way.

That’s really what social media is for.

So here is a #tinystory that was inspired by this book ‘Full Service’ by Scotty Bowers.

It’s an incredibly intimate and scandalous look at the stars of Golden Age Hollywood.

Below is the #tinystory which sprung from that inspiration.

“Hello Kate.”

That voice. Cool and edgy.
Like water dripping off a cave wall.
It hit me with a splash and made me wonder if I’d ever get out.

“I’m not going back, Spencer.”

“We’ve got 6 months left.”

“I’ll take a buy out.”

“They won’t let you.”

Silence.

“They know who she is Kate.”

“What? What do you mean?”

“They know she’s not your niece. You can’t be seen running around Europe with a 19 year old girl.”

I forced a chuckle, “Yeah? What are they going to do about it?”

“You know what they can do.”

Again… silence.
